One Time Fix:-

Customers took one time fix from 123-hp-support are only eligible for refund if the issues reported were not fixed. The one time fix is valid only for 48 hours from the time the issue gets fixed. If the fix fails, customer can report to 123-hp-support @ 1-731-462-0035 or email us on billing@123-hp-support.us within 48 hours. We guarantee for immediate remedy, if the issue can’t be resolved, full refund will be processed and money will be credited in customer account within 7-10 Business days after acceptance of Refund request.

Subscription Services:-

123-hp-support offers refund to all the customers who took subscription services and wants to terminate the service within 30 Days. After 30 days, refunds or termination of services would be under Pro-rata basis for the services classified under the subscription.
